There was a feeling (between DA, TDS and me) that Tawar is the cult leader, and thus currently the most dangerous (esp. to any plans :p).

Technically, the game is won either way, just this gives less risk of failure. NPC voting is decent too, imo.

Claimed actions didn't necessarily go down the way they were claimed though. Seems a bit silly to take them into account.
