You find yourself standing on the surface of a planet, or at least it seems to be a planet. The surface under your feet is engraved, and that engraving extends outward in all directions to the horizon. The planet itself is pale white and looks almost like marble, smooth and glossy. The sky above is dense with stars, far far denser than any of the planets in the outer rim. You're standing somewhere deep inside a galactic core. Ahead of you, maybe a quarter mile away, is a pit. It's quite large as well, big enough to drive the sword through.

You look down into the pit. The pit is also engraved. And it appears to have no bottom. It just...keeps going down until it vanishes into the white hazy distance.
