You had a horrible nightmare last night.

 I was locked in a small, lit concrete cell, and all my being was chained to a seat. dozens of cameras loomed over me, tracking every miniscule movement I made.

 I found myself drowning in a riverbed, and various weeds and oddly shaped rocks restricted my movement.

 I woke up in pitch black, starving and freezing. Beside me was a frozen over lamp, still lit.

 My room is overgrown with vines and other greenery. The place looks like a hundred years has passed without humanity, and there's a huge hole in the roof, letting the sun shine through, and showing me a glimpse of trees, covered in a slimy orange web. I feel awful, and my head aches.

 My room suddenly burst into flames, and a giant, armored figure, with fiery wings and a molten sword appeared from the flames. He called out, in a deep voice "I SEE YOU, SINNER! DAMNATION COMETH!"

 I woke up groggy, and the feeling never left me. When I looked outside, the city, for once, was still. Not a single living thing in sight.

Asylum of Disgust

The worst part was I knew I was alone and it was all my fault.

As you bathed in self loathing, you noticed the the light outside darkened, and you heard a most grotesque sound above you. Afterward, a glowing green slimeball fell from the hole, and splatted upon the floor, whereupon it began to jiggle and squirm. Whether it was alive or reacting from the fall, you can't tell. Within the slime, you see objects that look very similar to pill cases, and within them, the pills themselves crawled along the inside like bugs. Once this... thing was deposited, the shade moved, allowing the sun to shine through once more.

Near the slime, a blank wall began to Squirm and bulge, like something is trying to break out. Eventually, the swell bursts opened, and a door appears from within the hole! Unfortunately it is also strewn with brown and clear slime webs, and it is near the slime that fell from the sky.

Extract some pills from the slime.

You managed to grab a capsule from the slime, but you hand begins to itch and burn, and large sacks of pus cover your hand, and spread to the lower arm, below the elbow.

You hear a sickly old man's voice, speaking nonsense and gibberish. The voice sounds close by.

You rip off the tails of your longcoat, and wrapped your infected arm. The pressure caused some of the pus sacks to break, relieving pressure and leaving you with cavernous holes in the flesh. You then go to the door, and after some work, manage to get it opened.

You are greeted with a long hallway of cells, and you hear the chorus of mad-mans' speech from within the cells, all spouting various ideologies only the insane would understand.

The asylum patient within is drawing pictures on the wall. He has overgrown nails, and a head misshapen with weeping sores and cancerous bumps. You see that he scratches the cysts on his head, and uses the fluid to draw geometric symbols upon the wall.

As he does this he speaks repeatedly, "The True Artist need not tools. All his creations are within the head. The True Artist does not need tools. All his creations are within the head. The True Artist..."
