Oliver curls up in the bed after presumably eating a hospital dinner and begins to sleep hopefully peacefully and dream she smiles before embracing sleep,Emmett is definitely in said dream.

The everlasting lament and painful throes of the most gruesome, most pain-ladden injury the body and mind can suffer.
