Her eye was drawn to an effulgence in the darkness, the flickering, unsteady light of a single torch, providing a haven of false security. The oddest, perhaps most lunatic figure to encounter in this institute so far sat by a stand in the darkness, sitting perched on her feet resting on the chair, brewing tea, by boilding the water directly in the cup above the candle, sending this abnormal smell through the catacombs. Her eyes shot up as the group approached, the thickness of her glasses magnifying her eyes twicefold. Only on second thought, one would identify the heliotrope of her eyes as contactlenses.

Colored contactlenses *and* glasses? Madness.

Oceanus having seen the sign for the 'occult club' (is it like a club the does pagan stuff but calls it occult? Hate those guys) After digging around in his pocket Oceanus pulls out a mini flashlight and turns it on before entering the dank depths of the school.

Her hand parted her silky, impossibly straight and ashen hair to reach behind her had. An unseen motion, and the ears on her hare-like hat twitched, adding an odd, bewildering emphasis to her metaphor.
