Oceanus is checking in at the lobby to visit the wounded group members.

"You could say its...the source of my ambition. I mean i was already very interested before but..let me just start from the beginning. After my parents broke up, I lived with my mother in munich. Already quite interested in the occult, my interested was taken by singular insettling tales, suggesting a particularly well hidden cave in the forest contained a gateway to unnameble powers. Needless to say, I spent years searching for it, mostly as a joke hobby. I never really thought I would find anything. Until, well, I found it. Deep underground there was a crack in the rock, from which black fumes of prophetic powers rose from the ground, known as the font of avernus. You could say breathing that stuff in left me tripping for days. It showed me images and words, and when I finaly came to, I knew not only to distinguish real magic from the 99% nonsense that floats around, I also knew where to go."

Morganas voice drifted into badly hidden sadness as she struggled further.


"It..wasn't easy at all to make my mom let me go...I..I had to stage a big falling out...and...well nevermind that."

She breathed deeply, collecting her thoughts and steeling herself against the incoming tears. With an enthusiasm that lacked a certain credibility, she went on.

"My beginnings were humble, at first. But my ambitions are limitless."

Oliver listens to Morgana's tale at the beginning raising and eyebrow and then the part of the parents breaking up her face is relatively neutral throughout the point leading up to the discovery of the most Oliver seems interested and when she's says tripping for days Oliver has to hold back a laugh and finally nods at the end before in a slightly sad voice.
I'll admit....I can't quite empathize with you about.. The parents because well I never knew mine I never got attached...and I never got adopted well at least so far I haven't so I've never had foster parents... And the staff are a little too distant.
She takes a deep breath and in a happier tone.

Morgana tried her very best to keep a face of confidence, that somehow conveyed a shred of strength and willpower, but her theatrical talent was tenuous at best, and so she remained nothing but a small girl that wanted her mother back. She had burned an important bridge in her life, in pursuit of etherial secrets and the inmost mysteries, and paid for it dearly. There was no going back now, and it was clear, just from the her grimace between tears and confidence, that this was all to push her forward so strongly.

Oliver silently grasps Morgana's hand  and smiles she can share....the general feeling of despair Morgana might be feeling and trys to project some comfort to her through this gesture...
