OH. Oh ok I legitimately thought that the 150 cost to repair the bedrooms was the final price. Oh and, no I'm wrong, their beds do need to be replaced. Whoops, sorry.

Edit: Relooking over prices, I suppose we could really use almost all of our money to Get Tables and Chairs (40), Fix the bedrooms (75). But, we'd be left with 50 silver, and 30 needs to go to the taxman which would leave us only 20 (Get wooden cots in the fixed bedrooms? That'd only cost 15.)

You guys should figure out what you're doing soon! I would like to note that a quest message board won't get much use- not only are many people illiterate, but the need for quests just naturally spreads best by word of mouth.

Bar:
The bar itself is a long wooden countertop, badly burned. Most of the tables and chairs were fire-damaged and thrown out, leaving a lot of empty floor- it's lucky the Liquor License itself escaped the fire, in a glass case on the wall. The wallpaper and curtains are also mostly gone. Patrons have to stand and the floor is sticky with spilled ale despite daily mopping.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a smoke-stained brick floor and walls, with countertops, a wash basin and a couple cast-iron stoves. It's enough to make very simple fare.

Bedrooms:
There were five bedrooms with feather mattresses and pillows. Three of them have a cannonball-sized hole in the wall and their beds are ruined, though, so only two of the bedrooms are useable. They used to have mirrors, which have since been stolen. On the upside, one room comes with a free cannonball!

Cellar:
The cellar provides an area where drinks can be stored, it is dry and cool. Any drinks that were already here have been stolen. Two walls make a hollow sound when tapped, they are probably right against adjacent cellars.

Outside:
There are usually merchant stalls right outside, leaving no room for tables and chairs. The inn has no stables of its own, forcing patrons to pay for the use of a nearby stablehouse. There is a cannonball hanging outside which serves as a sign.

So, here's how I look at it:

40 silver for new tables and chairs.
30 silver each total to fix up 2 more bedrooms+wood cots(for a total of 60)
another 10 silver to replace the frankly out of place mattresses with more wooden cots.
30 silver in taxes.
That's a total of 140 in expenditures, leaving us a good 15 silver in reserve.

Point. Drop one room reno to replace bar with oak.

Edit:Running through the math, my math is WAY off. We can tots rebuild the bar, renovate two rooms and add cots, AND get tables and chairs for around 125 silver. With the 30 silver tax we still have about 10 silver in reserve.

Well worth it :p We got a crier to drum up initial business, and these renos will get people to stick with us and also get word of mouth going.
