Thing is, what energy does a computer have to offer besides electricity? The computer literaly has no mana bar to do any summoning

Electricity can totally be converted into mana.  Also, the human brain runs on electricity as well.

Here's a simple solution to this.

You can code summoning programs. But you actually have to Code it and provide some kind of USB with mana in it.
