Err. Evolution has been directly and absolutely proven with empirical evidence gathered over the last two hundred years. Notably from observing the changes of physical averages in various animal populations as a result of indirect human terraforming and selective harvesting. An examples being the rather rapid reductions of average size in varied fish populations due to deep sea trawling.
