Hey, the British don't even need to intervene, they can just send us the cheesy design papers they have. Puckle guns, Collier revolvers, Baker rifles and so on.
Also, first rates and other ships of the line, because BRITTANIA, BRITTANIA RULE THE WAVES!

Well, all according to plan. Who needs ships when you can't fight for shit?

Yes, I am dropping morale. I needed to simplify things a little,  and that seemed like the best way to do it.

I have also removed the "simplify over time mechanic" because I will forget to apply it most of the time.

Oh, that's an important piece of info there. I can feel the salt coming from the British. :p

Just a question: given the British control of the sea, is there even a point in trying to get trade resources, or will the Brits just steal them?

If you have a decent trade ship, it'll be able to get through. If the Loyalists wanted to spend a focus blockading the island,  then you'll have a harder job.

Long day :p all fixed now. I'll be on my desktop soon, and will be updating the turn with a few things I forgot.

I will also be increasing the payment from the trade offers.

Yup. Am annoyed.

In addition, that has resulted in an inconsistency, where Dunwich had their guns become cheaper while Atterton's are still somewhat expensive.

I know. However it was a decision between additional work load for me that I would regularly forget about,  or a simpler option from my point of view. But if people disagree I'll come up with something to even it out.

Well, you could make the Monarchy Victoria the same price as ours, and maybe give an extra revision to the Brits.

TBH, I think it's less silly this way.

We should totally sell the British our 100% pure, refined, magical salt.
