The Victoria already was when I took over and Atterton got their version updated to match. The Watheley was revised to be cheaper.

On a side note, there's another interesting thing that needs to be discussed. The British Island is restricted to 2 resources that can maximally be produced. Do we have any idea on what balance measures, if any,  will be used for that?
