Nice job adding those small rail systems to the map, Kashyyk.  Little hard to notice, but a neat little detail.

If by "little hard" you mean "nearly impossible without getting told they exist in the first place", I agree.

Ok, I've heard a few Yays with regards to the complexity reduction thing, and a whole lot of nothing. Could we be a bit more vocal with your opinions on this please?

You seem to forget something kid...
The sun never sets on the British Empire.
So, whose mainland outproduces the other?

A certain bestseller on the American Continent said this.

"As to government matters, it is not in the power of Britain to do this continent justice: The business of it will soon be too weighty, and intricate, to be managed with any tolerable degree of convenience, by a power, so distant from us, and so very ignorant of us; for if they cannot conquer us, they cannot govern us. To be always running three or four thousand miles with a tale or a petition, waiting four or five months for an answer, which when obtained requires five or six more to explain it in, will in a few years be looked upon as folly and childishness—. There was a time when it was proper, and there is a proper time for it to cease.

Small islands not capable of protecting themselves, are the proper objects for kingdoms to take under their care; but there is something very absurd, in supposing a continent to be perpetually governed by an island..."

Fools! Did your king and parliament support your little endeavor? If they have any bit of support in you, they have already landed here. Alas, you are now being thrown into the waters of the seas to fend for yourselves! Join the local Monarchy, now, before it is too late!

You do realize we're a small island, not an continent, do you? And things change with times, in a slightly over a century All Red Line will be a thing, and so will be many other ideas that helped the Britain to make sure that the sun still doesn't set on the British Empire.
Also, as for the landing here - you just bloody wait.

Fair warning, in our offices, upon an innocuous wall, there is a calico sheet riveted to the wall and clearly inscribed with "In case of royal navy: tear sheet.". Under the sheet is a squeakily-hinged and heavy metal plate. Beyond the plate lies a metal box, sealed in hardened amber and bound to the metal plate with a heavy chain. Within the box lies a vial of royal blood from a beloved child of a mighty empire, a twisted loop of slow-forged iron that perpetually ensnares a thousand lost souls, and a single page torn from a tome that would best remain unidentified. Should the Royal Navy be so foolish as to enter our waters unprepared, they will be struck down in shock and panic as they are assailed by our insanely low low prices! You too can own your very own torrid tumult of twisting tentacles torn from terror itself to take its targets to untimely termination. Crazy Ivan has escaped and is practically giving these things away! Don't wait or you will miss out on our exclusive range of occult naval warfare devices that really work!(tm)! With every purchase of over a hundred tonnes you can get a free sample from our range of long-haired chinchilla that really exist!(tm) related products!

It would actually be pretty funny if we turn this into magitek vs diesel/steampunk vs only sane people around game.

Us.
EDIT:
This doesn't mean we're not going to use magitek or steampunk/dieselpunk/clockpunk, we're just going to do it in sane way.

Just going to pitch in to say that I hope we arent going to wind up with that sorta thing ongoing within this game.

However, if someone goes and starts up a weapon design game that does use magic crap/steampunk/whatever, might be worth taking a look at.

Well, steam tanks were kind of steampunk, even if they happened in real life too.
Also, the whole Forenian war was basically dieselpunk anyway.

Steamtanks dont require physics to be rewritten. Nor did much of anything from the Forenian weapon design game.

Well, I wouldn't call it dieselpunk, just regular diesel. It only earns the -punk suffix if you have highly advanced technology (power armor, hover vehicles, supersonic aircraft) done in that period's style. The Moskurg metal infantry armor may have been pushing it but pretty much everything else had a historical analogue, even if it wasn't used in a real war.

Oh yeah, so, how's this game going? Still updating?

What about a weapon design game that was actually steam punk and magic, that would be... Interesting, magic of course being rare and needing you to hold certain sites but you could create golems and mechanical dragons.
