That's pretty good, but why blue? An alloy of silver and gold sure ain't blue.

This was an artifact I got way back, it may even have been still the 2d version. I dont remember many of the details except I remember thinking "Why would you make a pair of artifact pants?"

The I saw the name of the artifact and it all became clear:

I give you

I took some license with this as there were no skulls used in the construction, but in my mind this is how it looked and the skulls are elf skulls.

Thanks Moogie for the heads up about Canvas.
And apologies for the terrible lines but this was a 10 minute job with a very old filthy BALL MOUSE.

I am going to the mouse shop now bye :-P

Urist Elephantnuts cancells place item in stockpile, item lost or smashed by swinging testicles.

MyLittlePonyBuiltMyHotRod, this is your first warning. I would like to direct you to read our forum's FAQ and posting guidelines before posting again. Specifically we don't use swear words here, and your picture of Stalin riding a Year3 Limited Edition Starflower inside a German concentration camp was both upsetting and historically inaccurate.

I looked up electrum on google images and it's just a gold/light bronze color.  my first thought was "booooring" and my second thought was, "screw it, make it blue."  Just pretend it's got a lustrus patina, or some bluing, or an enamel coating so the the blood washes off easier.  dwarves are half blind anyways.

That thing would look really nice in an xmas tree

Edit:
here I fixed it for both of you:

I love the regression. On the butt of NU is an image of NU, and on the butt of the image of NU is an image of NU, and on the butt of the image of the image of NU...

It's like that picture I saw of a hipster fighting a dinosaur, while wearing a t-shirt showing a hipster fighting a dinosaur...

This thread cannot die! The sketches shall be revived from the depths of necroposting again.
Also, Moogie, when I try to play back your event file, it won't let me, saying Locked. It's said on the oC forums that it's actually a known "problem", playing back events done by those with pirated keys are locked.

Sometimes, I like to think that an image of an artifact on that same artifact actually incorporates the artifact's SCHEMATICS onto the item. So your statue doesn't have so much an image of itself on it as it does an engineer's/drafter's sketch of the thing.

We should really work on making some kind of flash program that can assemble these.

You mean like the dress-up games? You choose basic form (bed, bucket, short sword, etc), choose color and then place menacing spikes and bands of various colors on it?
