In general, I'd recommend coming up with this stuff yourself, minimizing delays and, to an extent, need for player input seems good with this kind of playerbase.

At exactly the time stated, a rather cute brown-haired girl plops in the seat across from you.  They're wearing what you think are crystal ball earrings.  Or at least, they're round and they seem to be made of crystal underneath the stereotypical gold glow of QUEST TARGET CLICK ME highlighting this person.
