Thanks, everyone.  Nice to know it's appreciated, even with all it's type-ohs

Well, I did take a couple of liberties.

At the time I didn't realize that Nobles would pull levels.  I thought, mistakenly, that I could not manipluate them in that fashion because I could not set them to Mechanics.  I've certainly learned differently since then.

Nice format. I imagine this as a short play.    :)

"Now is the late winter of our discontent
made glorious early summer by this son of Urist,
and all the troubles that lowr'd upon our fort
in the deep bosom of the carp-infested river buried."

FOURTH WALL!  YOU'RE BREAKIN' THE FOURTH WALL!

Seriously, though, that's clever.  That'll teach those uppity dwarfs.

Haha, that was brilliant... Though, as much a fan as I am of that sort of thing I would be just as happy with a bridge connect to the lever, to throw him around when he pulled it. (That is if levers can be pulled from a space away I've forgotten)

They can't.
But it's still fun to put mayor + baron in 1 room with bridge and 1 safe tile alcove with a lever.
Whoever pulls the lever first wins =).

Captain of the Guard: Ouch! That bucket bruised my brain and spine before it shattered into irrecoverable debris. I'm going to go rest in my spacious quarters. The Justice this calls for is beyond my authorization to carry out, now.

If we set masonry to every useless guy and mass-produce blocks, perhaps we can rebuild the fourth wall. Larger, faster stronger, better.
