"What's going on? Why are there bullet holes and dead bodies everywhere? Where am I?"
+1
Also assess his wounds. Do we know how to keep him from dying?

You begin questioning him, he responds,"The world *caugh* is at an end my child. *caugh caugh* The facility began to fall apart after an air strike *caugh* some people fled, others started looting, the security guards tried their best to handle it but *caugh* they were over ran. You are at a government super soilder testing facility. Judging by your scars *caugh* you're own of them."
He caughs once more, a spray of blood coats your face.
You try checking his wounds, you see nothing external and judging by the gurgling noise from his chest one of his lungs must be punctured and flooding with blood. He most likely has several broken bones and a lot of internal bruising/bleeding. You most likely won't be able to save him.

He reaches a hand up and grabs at the metal device in your arm,"You'll *caugh* only be able to use one vial. *caugh caugh* so choose wisely on what you need. *caugh* if you have the vials you may be able to find the others and get them to them."
He caughs one last time, a mouth full of blood pours down his shirt and his head falls back. The gurgling noise stops and you don't see his chest rising and falling anymore.

I guess we should check to see if there are any vials or useful things in this operating room.

Find something usable as a weapon, we'll probably need it.  Save the vials for later.

After examining the room you find no vials but it seems a similar person as you was in this operating room.

You look around for a weapon and find a 9mm pistol under a dead body. The gun is covered in blood but seems to be loaded.

You notice that your wounds have stopped hurting as much as they did earlier.

Count the number of bullets in the magazine. We may not have a gun cleaning kit, but try to clean the pistol. Then I guess we should go back to following the arrows out of here.

The magazine has eight rounds in it, they appear to be hollow points. There is one round in the chamber that you unload and reload into the magazine.
You grab some pieces of cloth and a straight metal rod and use that to clean out the barrel and wipe off the outside of the gun.

On the side the gun model is enscribed "Karchenkov C-90", from your knowledge you remember it as a personal defence hand gun more often given to security and police officers than soldiers.

The grip is very comfortable and it seems a perfectly small size to fit into your belt if need be but you keep it in hand just incase you have to use it.

After one final look over of the room you see nothing of value and leave. Several minutes of fallowing arrows you exit the building through a small lobby. The halls are more and more titled with bullet holes and blood as you near the exit, there are even several dead bodies in the way.

You exit from the lobby and rays of light burn your eyes. The fresh scent of the forest and a sharp tone of smoke replace the smell of blood and gun powder from the building.

 What do you do now??

You observe your surroundings carefully.
The building you just left exits into a large parking lot, there a three other slightly smaller buildings that also empty into the parking lot with a single road leading out of the facility and into a dense forest. There is a breeze that carries the scent of smoke, like that of a burning building, on it.

It looks like a battle has taken place not too long ago, the sides of a few of the buildings show signs of explosives having hit them. The asphalt in the parking lot has several small craters from explosions, there are a few burning cars and several others rittled with bullet holes. (The cars are of a 70's style luxury car, but of course more futuristic). There are over a dozen bodies of security guards, scientists, and uniformed men laying around covered in bullet holes and soaking the lot in blood.

Besides the breeze and crackling of fires you hear the subtle humm of one of the vehicles. After looking around very carefully you see an olive green with brown convertible top "Abakoumov Thunderbolt", with it's engine running. The driver side window is shattered out, a stream of blood stains the driver door, and there is a body lying half slumped into the passenger seat.

What do you do now?

Approach the Abakoumov Thunderbolt. Check out the car and body in more detail.

Make sure we can use the car easily, should it become necessary, then search the bodies. One of them might be merely wounded, or have something useful.

Do you check out the car first or search the bodies first?

Let's go for the first car, then the bodies.
