Come one, come all, and try your luck in Sappho's great big bundle fluff blowout! I've got a pile of keys for games I'm never going to play, largely because most of them are *just terrible*. No one wants to play these games, guys. Not a single person. And yet, they exist, they're here, and I can't abide the idea of waste.
I am here to offer you an interesting, exciting opportunity, friends. Sign up for the giveaway and you are guaranteed to win something! Moreover, it might even be something good, because on top of the junk I need to clear out, I'm adding one copy each of three top-selling and top-requested games. However, the game you win will be determined randomly, and there is a catch: no matter what you win, no matter how bad it is,
you absolutely must play at least five minutes of it, and write us a review. It can be just a few sentences if you want, though entertaining reviews are encouraged. Some people will get more than one game, since I just have so very many to give away! However many you get, you have to review them all. (In the unlikely event that we get more entrants than there are games, I will purchase another bundle somewhere full of just-awful games to make sure everyone gets something.)
Here's how it works:1. You sign up before midnight on New Year's Eve – before the end of this year!
2. On New Year's Day, I will randomize the list of entrants, then go through the list of games and assign each entrant at least one (skipping games they already own). I'll loop around so those who end up at the top of the list will get two, until all games are assigned to someone. If we get very few entrants, you might even win three games!
==To emphasize: You don't sign up for specific games. The game(s) you get is/are random!==3. I will post the list of winnings by January 2, giving people who don't win the game they want time to still buy it at Steam sale price. Steam keys will be distributed over the next 24 hours.
4. You have two weeks to play the game and write your review. Failure to do so will result in public shame and humiliation, not to mention exclusion from all future Sappho giveaways! (Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.)
5. Prizes will be awarded for the authors of entertaining or useful reviews!
To Sign Up:1. Make a post declaring your intention to sign up.
2. Your account must have been registered here BEFORE 23 December 2015, and no Escaped Lunatics.
3. Note in your post which of the listed games you already own, so that you are not given one of those games!!! If you don't own any of them, make a note of that as well so I can be sure you read this.
4. End your post with a promise to actually play (for a minimum of 5 minutes) and review whatever game(s) you are given. You may word this however you wish, but it's up to Sappho's discretion to accept or reject your pledge.
