Most of Hana's furniture seems to be well-made, too, and seems to have been put up around the same time as the consoles. She even seems to have her own TV in her corner, although it is pretty small.

Much assembling of stuff.

There's a desk and a chair.  It's rather utilitarian, but certainly better quality than the default fixtures.

There's also a rather good laptop computer.
