Lidia, having eaten with Ray, has now found herself wandering the grounds alone as she has occasionally been wont to do, lurking around the quieter corners of the school. Still, perhaps she might bump into a NPC random student?

USEC is too lazy to make a new NPC for Lidia, and as such they run into... [??] Naomi. Why not?

Dave grits his teeth and ignores the dragon bully in a surprising twist. Maybe the broken nose annoyed him enough to make him forget his manners.

Laura does in fact notice the man. If he stops to talk to her, she says the following: "Hello. Need anything?"

The man does stop in front of her, with a menacing expression.. that instantly disappears when she speaks.
"Oh, no, I'm fine. You must be a new student here, correct?"

She might notice his... Ken-doll-like nature.

It sounds more silly than intimidating when he says that.

But Ken dolls have clothing. Too much, according to Toy-Story. Thus it is a reasonable assumption when the comparison is made that it is referring to anatomical incorrectness.
