Ray gestures.

"What is it? I can't see," Amee replies, being too short to peer over everyone's heads and see what Ray is gesturing at. "Is someone in trouble?"

"N-no Sir!"
Dave says, against his better judgement.

"Of course not," says the dragon person in agreement despite all evidence to the contrary.

Kendall attempts to replicate the motion, and though he gets the posture right, his thrust arm is a bit too stiff and his cue angled slightly downwards.

Sens nods.

"You're looking better than I did when I started. You just have to loosen up a bit and pay more attention on the follow-through. Like this." Sens demonstrates the proper technique once again. She isn't the greatest teacher, but she isn't the greatest pool player so it all works out in the end. Somehow.

Ray starts trying to get through the crowd.

Aglasis decks the Janitor
The janitor receives a disappointed look.

"If there isn't a problem, there isn't a problem."

"All the same, I feel like there might be a problem.  And I saw something problematic."

"Are you sure?  That's not what I saw."

Dave nods quickly. Perhaps a little... TOO quickly...

"Not to mention that someone's story really doesn't hold up here."

"What are you talking about? We both agree that nothing is going on. I don't see why you're making such a big fuss about things."

"No, he doesn't.
I heard him contradict himself already.
And I'm not making a big fuss.  If I was making a big fuss you wouod know I was making a big fuss.  As it is, I witnessed the events in question and what he said doesn't match up with what I saw.  Considering that I take very many precautions to avoid having illusions, glamours, and other distorting effects affect me, I'm of the opinion that someone's not telling me what actually happened."
Indeed, the Janitor seems...Placid, if implacable.  Perhaps a bit too placid.

Meanwhile, Aglasis gives Dave and M. D. L. a pat on the head (rather condescendingly, consider the difference in height between himself and the latter) and disappears.

The MDL snarls and tries to swipe at Aglasis, but he's long gone before they could react and so they merely look silly clawing at thin air.

Ray starts trying to get through the crowd.

Ray finally makes his way through the crowd and reaches Dave and everyone else. How exciting.

"Ha.  Let me rephrase, then.  Both of you are lying, it's just that one of you is more self-contradictory.  Maybe you should stick to not violating the school's harrassment policies, and-or lying to someone eho saw the entirety of what happened.

Ooh, attempted assault of a staff member.  Good job.  I'm sure he'll be back shortly."
The Janitor pulls out a pad of paper and carefully draws a sigil on it, in pen, before writing something on the pad.

MDL feels a large hand on her shoulder. "What's that? You want... detention...?" She can hear him lick his lips.

The Janitor prepares to mop up the mess.
