After a few moments Dave looks over at her before seeming to brighten up. He walks over to the secretary. Presumably he's going to ask a question. Or attempt to kidnap her. Most likely ask a question though.

Cecelia continues smiling warmly though she still doesn't say anything, instead waiting for him to find his voice and speak.

She nodded,
"Guess so." Clover yawned and shifted her position on the ground once again, "Gettin' bit late for lunch though"

wanna go there see if anything interesting is happening?

She shrugged,
"Might as well, need to get my clothes quickly first." she began to walk to where her clothes were.

Hana moves so Esi's hand falls off her collarbone and away from her, without Hana seemingly noticing it.
"*yawn*....hi, Ray, Lidia, Esi."

Esi gently replaces it.

Clover who slightly surprised to find her clothes dry quickly got dressed and followed after Aine.

At least he doesn't seem to be one of the students that doesn't understand basic things like sexual harassment and magic.

Clover entered just behind Aine, a smile on her face as she looked at everyone there.

"Who would I ask about policy on altering rooms?"

Really? After only one night? That's rather fast isn't it? Not that she actually voices those concerns. After all, for all she knew, he could have perfectly reasonable justifications for wanting to do so.
Her voice is somewhat quiet with a hint of some indiscernible accent as she answers.
"Me. I guess."
She hands over a form entitled 'Dormitory Room Transfer Request', it has a field for last name, first name, current room, reason for wanting to change rooms, date, and signature.
"If there's a vacancy in another room, we can move you there" if you have a legitimate reason that is. Though she leaves that last part unsaid.
"Otherwise we'll need to find someone willing to switch rooms with you."

Dave shakes his head.
"No no, I mean like... Altering the size of the room."

The Janitor, who was wheeling his cart through the area, stops for a second.
"No, you can't knock holes in the walls.  Unless you get it approved and permitted and such.  She probably has a form for that though."
