Or if someone here's in the mixed-gender ones we could try doing it there."

"Well, that looks viable then. So it's down to who to invite and when to hold it. I guess we could all just bring something so that no one's burdened that much. Esi provides the rooms, Hana provides the movies. Not sure about the rest of us, food and drinks I guess?

So it's a matter of who to invite and when. Because staying up too late is not going to be ideal, considering the tin-man."

"Well, hopefully Friday's fine. Would hate to find out come Saturday that he's up at six thirty every day. Could you point out your room mates please? We'll have to ask for permission after all. Oh, and it's probably wise for us to exchange phone numbers, or facebook, or skype, just so we've got someway to contact each other if it gets canceled at the last minute or something."

Wouldn't it be more simple to ask each other in person?"
