Step: I have absolutely no idea what Step is trying to accomplish in combat. I mean, I know what the fluff states that it's used to transport people around but I have no idea what that would translate to mechanically. Some clarification is necessary here.

Cloak: Its maximum chance to activate is 25%. Other than that part it's fine.

Draw Cover: I... have no idea what it's trying to say. Assuming that it's extending the effect of Cloak to an ally, it'll cost 4 dice for a permanent effect. If my assumption is correct, of course.

Everything Is Micrometeorites: I honestly have no idea what the second half of the Skill is trying to do. I just can't parse it for some reason. Can you elaborate?

Grasping: See Step for my complaints with Grasping.

Shield: I can tell what it's trying to do, but not how it does it. You're investing dice to create a temporary block of HP which prevents other actions and regenerates between turns. I just can't tell what dMAX is supposed to be or how much it regenerates and so on. So clarification is needed.

Nothing prevents you from fluffing the Basic Attack however you like, you know. You certainly shouldn't expend a Skill doing so.

So the shield health is equal 2*(maximum value of dice) and regenerates a value equal to the number of dice you put into it each turn?
