Appearance: Felicia stands a little below average height for someone of her age. Her eyes are red, with black sclerae, and her hair (which is beautifully silky and
soft) is a snowy white. More unusually is the array of seals placed on her: three sets of heavily enchanted handcuffs bind
her wrists, and many talismans and charms bedeck a metal choker around her neck. Two black metal leg braces hinder her movement, and they too are enchanted strongly. When she wants to go to sleep, a runed blindfold covers her unnatural eyes.
Most prominently, a rune-etched spike of the same black metal runs through her chest, about a foot of it visibly emerging from her back through a bloodless wound.

Backstory (Laconic): Daughter of a cataclysmically powerful extraplanar evil, Felicia was imprisoned in the Pandora's Box ((no not that one)), the Supernatural maximum security prison, as soon as her existence was discovered by them: as a three-year-old halfbreed living with her unsuspecting mortal mother. She was regardless locked away, sealed with the many seals that would become a regular part of her appearance lest she take after her father. For the next thirteen years she grew in the harsh, cruel and restrictive environment of the prison, the small mercies she was given doing nothing to ease her existence, and developing a personality and lifestyle to match.
Let out on good behaviour, she is at school to catch up on all she missed, especially as her prison tuition stopped when she was eight.

Supernatural Abilities: She's been under sealing for thirteen of her sixteen years, and isn't getting unsealed anytime soon. If she has any, we don't know what they are.
