But on the other hand unless he made sure to shove down a thing three times a day for all 21 years of his life(and unless he sprang forth, fully formed, I find that unlikely too) the list of things he shoved down should be substantially smaller than the list of meals I've had.

yeah boredom was a major thing and well you do realize that he only learned to write much later in life like around 3 or 5 year ago its hard to find someone to teach you when your a dullahan so hes mostly self taught.
