Basically?

It's something along the lines of 'person who is more experienced'. It can, and usually does, also refer to people who've been around in a workplace/school/life longer than you, tho.

It's an anime highschool RP. I'd be surprised if people used the OOC thread for its intended purposes. Heck, I am surprised that nobody has tried to do IC in OOC yet so that I can yell at their fat asses.
