Name: James Gerreson

Sex/Gender: Male

Age: 16

Appearance: James Gerreson is an enthusiastic kid, who quite often lets his curiosity get the better of himself. He doesn't stand out much, apart from looking at least somewhat physically fit, and otherwise quite ordinary, when you ignore his mostly transparent body, which shows only his bones in detail. He tends to wear more loose fitting track pants and a short sleeved shirt, whatever the weather. He shows a decent knowledge of new devices, given his circumstances. He doesn't make bad jokes, but does play the trombone.

Backstory: James died a while back, at the young and tender age of 14, by way of a very violent robbery. Sometime later, he was brought back again by a youth magician and subsequently blown up as an after-effect of a badly worded spell the young magician was trying. He is actually back now, though both his parents are long since dead. He doesn't let that get in the way of his being great.

Supernatural Abilities: James is hard to kill, and can mostly pick himself up again unless extremely badly damaged. If bones break, than they will heal after a while. He also seems to be able to move without being seen sometimes, which can be weird.

Class Choices: Biology, Music, Physics, Computing.

Skills:

Mark (Passive): When James deals damage to an enemy, he can mark them. Marked enemies takes 25% more damage from all sources for 3 actions against them. During this period, James cannot mark any other enemies.
Anyone's Shield (Active/Reaction): James can choose to take any damage anyone else takes for them.
Leach (Passive): When James deals damage to an enemy, he leaches half of the damage dealt and gives it as HP to either himself or other teammates.
BONE ATTACK (Active): If James is very close (physically) to someone, he can add 3d6 to his dice pool at the cost of 9 damage to himself.

Might join. Kinda flip-flopping at this point seeing as I typed up a character sheet and then proceeded to delete it and repeat the process about three times. I think(?) I've got most of the usual general characteristics listed under abilities.

Appearance:	Hair is a hyperbolic chimerical color. Eyes are a self-luminous chimerical color. ((And now, I'm out of description, because I have no idea how to describe an anime character. Well, in a way that doesn't involve tumerously large eyeballs and being two-dimensional but shifting to mimic the properties of a three-dimensional object.))
Obligatorily Angsty Backstory	Early childhood was stereotypically idyllic. Then cultists broke into his house, killed his mother by slitting her wrists with a blunted rusty cheesegrater, killed his father by repeatedly defenestrating him from the ground floor, forced him to watch, burned down the house with the bodies inside, gathered the ashes, burned the ashes with chlorine trifluoride, used what remained to cut cocaine and then forced him to snort a line of said cocaine. They then proceeded to come back and repeat this process whenever he made a friend or started caring for anyone. Initially, it made him paranoid and distant. But later on, it developed into a burning fury. It became his life's purpose to hunt them down and get revenge. Except they then proceeded to commit suicide to deny him that purpose, leaving him frustrated and emotionally numb at this point.
Supernatural Abilities:	Conditional Temporal Distortion: Time in his general vicinity will slow down or even halt outright to let him speak or excessively telegraph attacks, or flail ineffectually for a longer period of time than the circumstance could possibly allow. Shadow Cloak: Partially conceals his features by draping a shadow over him. Triggered by adopting a serious expression and brooding. Leaning against a wall and observing people from afar is optional but encouraged. Force Focus: Forces people to focus on him. Triggered by monologuing and frenzied screaming. Split Personality: Gives into a darker dissociative identity spawned by his negative experiences. Occurs when his self-control lapses. Causes his eyes to glow red and makes nearby psychiatrists enter a berserker rage from the blatant disregard of how dissociative identity disorder actually works. Conditional Damage Resistance: Able to shrug off sources of harm with little to no injury. The pain is still as intense as it normally would be. Only affects damage dealt in non-serious circumstances. Excessive Quantities of Blood: Has far more blood than he should have. He also bleeds more easily, though not to the point of hemophilia. Also, the blood tends to spray out. He oddly doesn't have hypertension.
