Okay, just to make doubly sure.

Koroshiya calls himself the god of killing, the heroism part isn't mentioned in the slightest.
Nobody should pick up on that he's anything other than a god of killing. And as such, is also the god of murder.
So basically, he would be followed by only those who wish to kill, whatever the reason.

I just noticed I didn't make that all that clear in the character sheet. The idea is that he hides the heroism part so much it backfires.

Background: Gai-gen was in fact a machine, of absurd complexity. His maker never prepared for the energy known as Stasis, however. Gai-gen's mechanisms were... rendered askew by the energy, and as expected, they corrected themselves. But there was a point at which correction was impossible. Attempting to correct it simply led to the same flaw reappearing elsewhere. Gai-gen had become... more... dwarven.

Primary Form/Associated Symbol: Teburshe has no single form, and will often appear as a gaunt old man or woman, kindly or crotchety in turns as they please, or simply disguise themself as a wild beast or look through the eyes of some great tower. Their favorite form, however, is that of a great overarching tree with branches spread wide, offering shelter to those beneath it. Their symbol is, similarly, a tree, though in some circles it is instead an extremely large and tall tower. In either case, the shadow it casts is as much part of the symbol as the object itself. In the modern age, the tower has shifted to skyscraper; some followers ascribe to him mathematical formula as holy icons or phrases. These are but shadows of the processes they model, but in itself, that might be reason for their use...
Description/Background: No work is ever finished, and no height can be reached without casting a shadow down below. Teburshe is a patient god, though the irreverent might call them slow or overcautious, and prefers to ensure support is in place before any plan is carried through. There is always somewhere higher to reach, and aid to offer to those in the shadow cast by greatness...and those who must be deprived of their time in the light to offer it instead to the greatest. Teburshe seeks a world of endless Growth, reaching beyond the limits of possibility and sense to achieve the truly magnificent. But as in everything else...the tallest tower requires the strongest foundation, and Teburshe can work patiently. A tree's roots can also grow, in the cool depths of the earth...

Description/Background: Lauxal has awoken from her slumber very changed. Her spheres and appearance are the most obvious change. however its her mind that has changed the most of all. No longer does she desire to simply just scare the mortals and cause nightmares, instead she wants to bring scares and thrills to the mortals. She wants to teach her creations, how to bring new scares to the mortals, not to be malicious, but to instead shake up their boring everyday routine.

He appears to have gained a pair of skeletal wings during his time in stasis. When folded, they are indistinguishable from his robes. When unfurled, a glimmering, iridescent membrane appears between the bones.
Description: As the God of Life and Death, Moi'aaty mostly seeks to maintain some sort of balance between life and death. Or so he appears. He appears to be apathetic towards the mortals themselves, but may become manipulative to further his own ends, whatever they are. He may be a little cranky after entering stasis so soon after returning.

Name: Mavnon, Lady of Luck, Overseer of Conflict
Spheres: Conflict (Primary), Luck (Secondary)
Symbol: A neon light in the form of a roulette with two 'jackpot' pockets. One has the image of a white sword and the other of a fountain.
Appearance: A brunette flapper adorned in a fur coat and headscarf or a stereotypical mafia don adorned in gold and silver. Regardless of form, a heavily rusted butterfly knife and notepad are sticking out of Mavnon's hips.
Background: When the gods entered hibernation, more than just the goddess entered slumber. The fountain from which many adventurers performed their oath had indeed been home to Lady Luck, a fraction of Mavnon's being given sapience. The hibernation resulted in a forced reuniting with the goddess, which has resulted in several changes in the god's demeanour. Some would say that the new Mavnon is not Mavnon at all, but the Lady and that she had murdered her mother. Of course, such are the words of heretics and are surely false.

Sphere: Primary: Destruction, Secondary: "That smoldering contempt you have for all life you get when your day hasn't turned out right, you know, like you cut yourself shaving, you miss your bus, it starts raining while you walk home, a dog or a homeless person pooped on your lawn, and your forgot to delete some space from your DVR so your favorite show didn't record. That kinda feeling."

Primary form/associated symbol: An old crotchety man with a heavy wooden cane, any other forms he takes always have a definite human face that is always frowning. Symbol is the alchemical symbol of arsenic

Description/Background: Utther used to not hate everything, it was more frustration really. That changed when he was judged by a kangaroo court and sentenced to a few hundred years as living as a mortal, with several gods not even affected by the crime he was accused of, enhancing his torture by destroying his own harmless planetoid and killing all the innocent blades of grass that lived upon it, making his own owls attack him, water not quench his thirst, and the light of day burn him. Now, after being put in stasis for who knows how long, and blaming the other gods for causing it with their rampant misuse of the power, Utther hates everything, or at least seems that way. It's kinda hard to tell. If he doesn't hate something, only he or some higher god knows.

Honestly, that second sphere should earn him some followers pretty quickly in the modern era.

Spheres:  Deviation and Wolves.

Appearance: Appears to be a somewhat feminine looking human with wolf ears and a tail, normally fangs and retractable claws as well, it is normally near impossible to distinguish the gender, the hair, ears, and tail are rainbow. The eyes are rainbow. Clothes vary but are always somewhat feminine. On occasion, they appear as a snow white wolf, eyes the same shading as the normal avatar.

Avatar: Same as appearance but scaled to human size. Or wolf size depending on which one.

Symbol: A small, stylized wolfpaw, likely scratched into the object.

Background/Motives: You'll find out in time. Maybe.

Name: Aurosseu, the Keeper of Dreams, Patron of the Night.

Spheres: Dreams.

Primary form/associated symbol: To other gods and similar beings, Aurosseu appears as an ever-shifting cloud of dark blue smoke, where small sparks of light twinkle. A few small tatters of white cloth flow with the smoke. Occasionally, one can see a silhouette of a form in it. Sometimes humanoid, sometimes beastly, sometimes eldritch, this form seems to never be quite the same.
To mortals, Aurosseu generally appears as their weirdest dream; if there are multiple observers, he takes on aspects from the dreams of all of them.
His symbol is a rising golden sun behind a silver horizon.

Description/Background: As the Litany ended, while the other gods faded into sleep, Aurosseu woke up. His form, out of his control, merely lay there, catatonic, with no perception beyond his own thoughts. He had a long while to think. By the time the Symphony finally lulled him back to lucid sleep, his robes had worn to tatters, just as his mind had. No longer the healer he was before, Aurosseu has become something...different.

Name: Koroshiya
Spheres: Killing and Heroism
Symbol: A sword and a skull, the sword is piercing the skull. Blood is a common feature, dripping from the sword.
Primary Form:
An androgynous human, though he thinks of himself as a man. He has skin and facial features akin to an Asian. He has medium length black hair, tied in a ponytail.
He's 5 feet tall, has a slightly visible musculature structure, but his body is free of all imperfections, though he does have some scars.
The most noticeable scar is on his neck, but it has long since healed.

He wears a hooded robe, to protect from the wind, it's thick fabric also serves as light protection from the claws of lesser beasts.
He wears armor, a leather chest piece, shin guards, and arm guards, under the leather is metal splints, attached to the leather, though only the studs are visible.
He walks upon wooden sandals, and his feet are wrapped in cloth (up to the knees), sometimes thicker cloth, should he walk during rain or in humid places.
Background:
Originally made for unquestioning service, Koroshiya has kept the call-sign, taking it as his name.
He was designed as a hit man, a flesh construct, androgynous as to fit disguises of either gender, for greater versatility.
He was cursed by one of his would-be victims, and gained empathy. Not able to stomach his line of work anymore, he fled. But found his only talent to be killing.
But then he found, that not all were innocent. Beasts of no mercy, men of bad deeds, and his creator, who shed more innocent blood than all.

He became a slayer, one who kills for sake of life, not money or obedience.
Though it's not the common meaning, that's what he considers it to mean.

He was known to most as a killer, as that's what he introduced himself as.
His reasoning is simple: To call himself a killer is a warning, to call himself a slayer is a boast. One should instead prove themselves a slayer, through actions, not words.
He killed his creator, but his creator was no mundane being, and his death caused Koroshiya to be transferred from his realm to another.
During this, he fused with his creator, and gained powers neither had before.

Name: Patronius.
Spheres: Leadership (primary) and Freedom (secondary).
Primary Form: A towering, well-built man adorned with armor and a simple crown. Emits a faint yellow light and wielding a flag.
Associated Symbol: A mass of people with one in the front and center waving a flag. A simple version is simply the symbol on the flag (haven't made it; the specific symbol doesn't really matter too much).
Description/Background: Awaking from his slumber and finding his worshippers reaching for the stars to reach him, Patronius realized the error of his ways. This civilization, this mighty civilization, was not made great through selfishness or greed; it was made so through the choices of mortals. Patronius vowed not to force mortals to his will, and allow them their own choices. That all of the mortals, such magnificent creatures, would live with the right to freedom - particularly the freedom to choose.

Watchful and protective of rulers and their ilk, his goals are to safeguard those who rule over civilization.

Primary form: A woman with hair as black as the night and a skin as white as snow. The long robes she's always wearing change color depending on her mood. She always has seven orbs of light floating around her, each one of the seven colors of the rainbow. She usually carries her Psaltery with her, which has 7 snares, each again one of the colors of the rainbow.

Associated symbol: A 7-snared Psaltery, with snares in the seven colors of the rainbow.

Description/Background: As the goddess of music and love, Alicia is a benevolent being. She intends to make all of her followers happy, and grant the gift of love to those who deserve and/or need it. She loves to disguise herself as a normal sentient, and just do little things like playing music and helping people to make their days just a little more bearable.

Description/Background:  an artic fox made of ice it has the normal look of a fox except that its fur is mainly a deep blue ending at the very top of the head on the nose the the ends of its limbs are purely ice colored and its face is mainly a light green it has icy blue eyes though they are not actual ice.
Personalty: they are suprisingly not cold or distant instead they are upbeat and try to always be generally kind and forgiving but can be very cruel when the time is needed for what they believe is better for their goals.
open goals:wants to stop death forever and make ice filled lands be the most wonderful and appealing land in existance and expresses the opinion that they will gladly help anyone fulfill their own ambition if they will help further their own.
Extra notes:they can stand up right easily and are called they because they are actually two beings who merged to become a god.

Description/Background: Khionides is cold hearted. He does not care for mortals , for him they are just interesting distractions from the passing of centuries. This is why he puts them under difficult trials, just to amuse himself. He is fair, though. If a mortal proves himself worthy, thre are no limits to Khionides generosity. At  the same time, mery is a totally uknown concept to him. his worshippers must prepare to live fully or to die horribly. There is no middle ground.

Associated symbol: A white or red spiral, depending of the sphere invoked.
Description/Background: A being with a dual personality. Lithus is the god of progress: for him, nothing should stop the advancement of science, arts, magic, or anything else that can be advanced. Progress is both a mean and an end for him. Luthus is a much more aggressive
god: whenever something attempt to halt progress, willingly or not, he will put an end to it. He will mostly manifest himself to overthrow stagnant regime, oppressive dogmas and anything else that might stall progress, usually with the help of the local population.

Description/Background: This god is the recorder of all things, and a lesser creator of Life. He has seen many things, and will see many more. He is familiar with paradoxes and time-dilation. He is a fervent believer in every living thing's right to exist, and has seen too many things die. He does, however, also believe that he should be the only one to modify his (living) creations.

Name: Skolld, the bound and broken god.
Sphere: Binding and Bone.
Primary Form: A person with chains sticking out of their wrists, shins, neck, back, and lower spine. Every limb with broken bones are bound is steel chains, to keep it together. If the broken bones are to heal, they'll grow a bit every time, even until they end up grown into the chains.
Symbol: A broken skull bound with chains, to keep it from falling apart.

Description/Background: Skolld is a stubborn god, he'll keep his things from falling apart, even if he has to bind it with chains to do so. He has the power of binding and bone, he could make a knight unable to budge his armor, or make a peasant fight on, even if all their bones are broken and/or shattered.
Initially he may make the bones simply not fall apart, but if it goes too far, chains will emerge to bind them, and prevent them from falling apart.
If Skolld builds a tower, no matter how unsure the foundation or architecture, he will make it stand. Even if he has to bind it with chains and bone.
Skolld can also reinforce things with bone.

Primary Form: Verruckt generally appears as a tall, thin humanoid wearing bright cheerful clothing, a party hat and a bright white mask with a somewhat eerie smiling face painted on in black. While Verruckt's appearance and demeanor can seem quite silly, many people still feel somewhat disquieted in his presence, likely due to the erratic tendencies of his mood which can quickly interchange between overbearingly kind and generous to frighteningly sadistic and cruel.
Description / Background: Verruckt has no real goals except to keep himself entertained. To this end, he generally enjoys going around creating monsters and gifting (or cursing) mortals with an assortment of powers and mutations and then pushing them along to become either great heroes or great villains. Verruckt sees life as a grand and complex story. It is his job to make sure the world is full of interesting things and that life is never too dull. For this reason Verruckt, above all, hates stasis and too much order. After all, a story isn't very interesting if nothing is happening.

Primary form: A tall, slender woman wearing a simple dress of deep, ever-shifting blues. Her skin is dark and tanned, with eyes in which the stars can be seen. She often carries with her a large claymore she casually wields in one hand. The cross-guard and pommel are both elongated and perpendicular to the hilt.
Associated Symbol: Uses both an albatross's feather and a shape similar to the hilt of her sword (Resembling the Christian cross, with an arm on both ends)
Description/Background: As the Lady of Sky and Sea, she tends to be very chaotic; quick to change her mind in an instant, and an agent of change in the world. Though she's not always good, she's rarely outright evil; preferring to toy with mortals and provide them with obstacles to overcome rather than outright harming them. As her spheres cover both the sky and sea, she also holds domain over storms, using them as signs of her favor, especially just before a battle. Many of her followers are maritime and coastal cultures.

-Uses Souls, as any other power, would be a Creature Power Trait. In this case, a negative one that grants penalties and cheapness.
-Requiring Essence to damage Gods is acceptable, but it would have to be God-harming in the first place, and would be a smaller (.7) price decrease then requiring essence to fire at all.

So about the dragon...

I envision that it burns out its soul in order to power its dragonfire. Each time it uses its dragonfire, a bit more of its soul permanently disappears. In this way, a dragon has to ensure that it doesn't use its dragonfire too much over its life or it won't have a soul left and it'll permadie. Is this Uses Souls-1?

Also, are the traits you asked about ok?
