Sure. They all share the same stat pool, worship, and can only have up to two spheres total however.

What happens if someone attacks an inactive player's god?

At the moment, all inactive Gods are assumed to have been torn apart by the Stasis energy, and to have remained that way to the present day. If your God is incapable of attacking Nothing, then nothing will happen. Anyone who was active when Symphony started but is inactive now will be assumed to have fallen back apart somehow.

If the game continues and a once-active player becomes inactive, the fight will continue on as normal, as if they where active. For long-term inactive players, this typically means they will lose quietly and quickly. Short-term inactive users will likely have enough time to respond, given the longer delay between turns.

Plausibly, depending on the circumstances and equipment. It would be something like the Mortal Sealing, incredibly difficult to pull off against unwilling Gods, and that is assuming it would be a prison. ? ? ? if you are trying to get essence, a dead God, or other use out of it.
