$$$Price check

Stirk, how much would it cost to make much lesser versions of Great Trees, that can (very slowly) reproduce at the behest of 'nearby' Great Trees (have to get Saplings and Great Trees to cooperate blah blah cross pollination blah), and are nowhere near as large (like, apartment building size instead of literal cities), but grow to full size much faster (relative to Great Trees) and can sustain/grow Sapling populations in a similar manner to Great Trees? Basically I figure that if cities can get Gardens or Parks or whatever with Sapling populations, who can work the factories at night...well, makes everyone happier, right? I'm not really sure what these traits would count as, which is why I'm asking...sorry. :/

Oh! How much to enable the polyps to have metalworking or facsimiles thereof, if they don't already have it? Or rather, how much to enable the Great Reefs to function as oil rigs? >:D

They may be immaterial if that doesn't massively effect the price.

Gronooths: Short, Repulsive, Humanoids that come in a variety of colors including: Shit Brown, Vomit green, and Eye Burning Pink. They are meant to do simple tasks for Kondreanth, which include Putting up posters, Worshiping Kondreanth, Building Temples to Kondreanth, and Claiming that the other gods don't exist.

Huh. Ok.

Better dig out my notes...
You keep notes? On this game? Wow.

Mostly a todo list. I had some stuff I wanted to do in Ye Gods but never got round to it there, so I may as well do it here.

For example:

$$$Price check.

Dra'fynnyt. (These were price checked in Ye Gods under a different name, but never created.)
Traits: [Phasing][Displacement+1][Speed+1][Perceptive+1][Evil][Intelligent+1][Size-1]
In size and appearance, the Dra’fynnyt are halfway between a housecat and a lynx, with the only major difference being an extra pair of legs and a longer body. They are very intelligent and are actually sentient. They are generally peaceful towards larger beings and regularly adopt people from other races.
They are active hunters and prey almost exclusively on smaller animals.

Hey Vgray, would Bloodfather be an appropriate title for Uztot, or is too on the nose?

I always thought the most appropriate title for Uztot was simply Father.

Yeah, but I mean from a fellow god.

Bloodfather makes it about him being the father of something; it makes it a title.

But he's not Teburshe's dad. If he was, then we'd be getting back into the parts of mythology everyone seems to try their damnedest to avoid being similar to.

True.

Bloodfather is as good a title as any I think.

I'm sorry if this has been explained elsewhere, but has Rilem more or less become assimilated into the dwarven socio-economic sphere? Also, what is the economic system used by the dwarves (are they even unified?) and Rilem (if they haven't been assimilated).

Does anyone remember who made the Space Clan dwarves?

EDIT: Speaking of which, what happened to these minor races:
Droogans & Dragons
Writhes
Durrakil

So I want to make a Human soul that explodes 3 seconds after being created. Will that cost .0014E or 1.4E? I really want to find out what the killing radius for a Human soul is like I did in Ye Gods 1 so that I can make a gun that shoots bullets made of souls. I just need to know what kind of gun to make. If the explosive power of a Human soul in this game is too much, I'd probably have to make it a sniper rifle rather than a handgun.

EDIT: Am I going about this the wrong way? Am I supposed to make a magic system specifically made to bombify souls and then see how they explode?

EDIT2: I may have asked this in Litany but I forgot what the response was. Sorry for any inconvenience.

EDIT3: Aha! I figured out how I'm going to measure the explosiveness of a soul! An artifact! And I know for certain that it would only cost me 1.4E! It'll basically be a voltmeter or something that you stick into a person (thank you Blood sphere) and then it tells you about their soul. I'm a genius!

EDIT4: Could I have the soul-o-meter also tell me the...power level - for lack of a better term - of a soul as well as its explosive ability without shelling out more Essence? I mean a voltmeter gives you more information on an electrical thing than just the voltage - it also gives you amps and ohms and stuff. A soul's power level and explosivity are probably equivalent. If not, their relationship is probably something I'd need to science to discover.

EDIT5: *sigh* All this soul science stuff has made me nostalgic for Malakath. She would've done great with how complex the soul mechanics are in this game. She was such the little scientist. Then again, there's more to a Ye Gods game than science and it's fun to play those other aspects of the game as Iliseth.

I'm going to guess a soul explosion costing 1,4E won't be any more powerful than an explosion costing the same but caused through a different method. One does not simply game the system like that.

If the souls was made from something powerful, then it might be more powerful.
But I don't see how a regular mortal soul would be anymore volatile than some good ol' TNT.
If it was an Elemental Animal, that would be different. As those retain the bond with the elements even after death.
But even then, I don't think it'd outperform TNT.
