Yes, the game follows the same sphere-changing rules as Ye Gods did. You can change at any time it would be reasonable to.

Gift Herema with spectacular charisma and tell him to try and sway other males to his cause. If he is able to acquire a sizable following, order them to begin protesting their racial government. If that doesn't work, they are to begin a rebel movement and force change on their race...Violently if need be. Preferably, attempt to hold females hostage with the help of the trees.

Herema is given the ability to control plants! He attempts to start the "Civil Rights" movement with the power, but finds the abilities not exactly suited for this mission. He currently mainly uses it to create Flowers, often using them as symbols in an attempt to spread your and his ideals. (Mavnon -3E)

Raise an immortal prophet amongst the Loi'naaryt who preaches that their god Moi'aaty has fallen into an eternal slumber and that they might as well worship other gods, the High Church and Elemental Council in particular. His name shall be Herema

Herema is born/raised/given immortality! His Preaching among the Loi'naaryt seem to, for the most part, fall on deaf ears. Part of the reason is them not taking him seriously, as a male. The majority of the problem seems to be that none of the Loi'naaryt consider their God 'dying' to be an issue, feeling that it is just part of the cycle. (Mavnon -3E)

Also, the inventor Immortal and Ringbearer are the same person I think; her name is Illyria.

Ah, I knew I missed one  . I always forget about the Loi'naaryt. Their name is hard to spell and their God was inactive. Add those together and they are hard to remember. At least I remember the other two.

I might have meant the Intelligent ring, or something? Sankis had it and lost it in the challenge to Patronius's race guy.

Lets see...

Herema gathered a small amount of followers under him, breaking away from the main Loi'naaryt nation in a schism. He currently acts as leader, attempting to recruit from the main nation with little success. There isn't enough support to overthrow the other government, so they content themselves with the new one.

Dgetagan
Physical characteristics:
Height: 5'6" to 6'6" on average for an adult.  ((In feet/inches))  Weight is average for a person of that height.
Skin: Ranges from pale white to moderately bronze.  Octarine pigmentation is near-omnipresent, however, in the hair and eyes (that colored thing).  There is also another color that will appear in equal measure, for both, across the entire rainbow, but there is definitely octarine.
Body Type: Human enough.

Nature:All Dgetagan are born with an inherently creative mind, leading to many young artists, musicians, and craftspeople.  There are also those predisposed to be businessmen, accountants, mathematicians, sportspeople, and so on, but it's extremely unusual for those people not to have a hobby.
Dgetagans shun mind-IMPAIRING substances.  Addictive drugs, alcohol, things like that.  However, it is not unheard of for recreational use of non-addictive drugs to occur, in a safe format.  Think bars, only instead of alcohol there's cannabis, and the bouncer keeps you from going out and doing things you'd regret later as much as he keeps That Guy out.

Technology:Dgetagans have a natural inventive tendency, but as much tech tree as they can possibly get, I give them.

Society and Governance: Democratic, although civil appointments are based on merit.
If something does need to get done outside the scope of normal civil authority, ad-hoc groups will quickly become actual functionaries. 
Dgetagans tend to form small-to-medium towns, although enclaves for large works are common enough.  The center of town is generally near where one would find musicians tuning up for an ad-hoc performance, or a tinkerer showing off his latest device.  Government, however, is scattered, as it's near what it works with.
Courthouses do tend to be near the town center, though what they deal with is mostly registering citizenship.  Because, frankly, the town is really just a scaled-up collaborative workshop.  At least to the people who live there.  Outsiders might find themselves prosecuted should something important go missing, or large amounts of unimportant things go missing, or something blatant like attacking or killing somebody.  Well, killing somebody will definitely get you locked up, and people take their jobs seriously.
Scholarship, and schools, are also near the center of the town.

Inherent Magic: All Dgetagans are predisposed to magic, and may have some natural telekinesis.

I create 2E worth of Dgetagans, and hopefully create a city for them.

In any case, their comparatively small population and lack of establishment made it difficult to compete in the world market. Their culture mostly stayed the same. Much of the population leaves the nation to study abroad, lacking the prestigious schools of other Nations. For music and art, this usually means the Floating Islands of the music god. For magic or magitech, they have a broad array of choices from the Aag to the Great Tribe to the Dwarven nations (Clan included). The majority return home after they are done with their studies, though many decide to live in their new nations. Home grown technology is generally focused on magic and magictech, due to their inherent ability with it. Their innate telekinesis is often exploited for this, forming the bases for much of their unique technology. They are mostly ignored in the world at large due to their small size, with no powerful alliances, economic power, or military might.

Sphere: Ice and Life (Greed if life is taken)
Primary form/associated symbol: a crystaline artic fox it is a mixture of icy blue dark blue and green
Symbol: an ice tree
Description/Background:  an artic fox made of ice it has the normal look of a fox except that its fur is mainly a deep blue ending at the very top of the head on the nose the the ends of its limbs are purely ice colored and its face is mainly a light green it has icy blue eyes though they are not actual ice.
Personalty: they are suprisingly not cold or distant instead they are upbeat and try to always be generally kind and forgiving but can be very cruel when the time is needed for what they believe is better for their goals.
open goals:wants to stop death forever and make ice filled lands be the most wonderful and appealing land in existance and expresses the opinion that they will gladly help anyone fulfill their own ambition if they will help further their own.
Extra notes:they can stand up right easily and are called they because they are actually two beings who merged to become a god.
