After drinking blood because of vampirism , strange letter appeared in bottom left corner, i cant write it but its like red N with some sort of thing above it.

Means "night creature": just telling you you're a vampire. Anything undead will appear as this, unless it is hiding it, as vampires normally do.

NJW was correct, the Ρ means you are a night creature.

For further reference:

Ρ indicates a vampire

Ρ indicates a necromancer

Ρ indicates anything undead

Ρ indicates a werebeast

Ρ indicates a ghost, which you won't see in Adventure mode unless you do some setting up with a fortress first.

A gray Ρ indicates a bogeyman (which you will only encounter should you stay out at night during Adventure mode)
