So, after checking in on Omega and noticing that the game was doing a major rework anyway, including expanding the tempdeath system to being much more reliable, I started talking to Oz about possibly coming back to the game. My big hang-up on the subject was that I get to bring back Aylia again, though I was ready to accept some rather major damage to her from the events that removed her from gameplay.
We spent some time talking it over, and she's getting some very extreme nerfs to her shifting abilities, getting locked into using Fey rules, having a Black Mark put on her that frankly alarms me quite a bit, losing a lot of herself (including all of her elven heritage, her forms roster, and even her ability to return to her base form), and so on. but... well, she's got a chance again.
So... working out what her new sheet will look like:

-Composite Shortbow - not sure if I want to replace this or not. Aylia isn't going to be able to use them because she's lost all her forms including her base one, but it is something she previously specialized in. having it on here sabotages the sheet though since it raises the price of any new specializations by an order of magnitude so... *shrugs*.
-Stealth
-Fey Heritage - to be replaced, Oz said it doesn't do anything anymore.
Mission count: 4.5 (Alchemist, Wedding, Rampaging Machine, Lathal, Guest GM), none of which are included in sheet at this time.

Gender: female
Race: Variable, Elvan/Sylvan mix, ratio and subrace of sylvan unknown. (Mostly-elvish mother, with some sylvan blood. father unknown shapechanging fey). Appears elvish most of the time.
Racial properties: Fragile, but swift and flexible. joints in general and the spinal column in particular are loose, allowing an inhumanly large range of motion but reduced strength and durability. lightweight and moderately smaller than humans or elves with a very fast metabolism, is capable of very rapid acceleration and high speed motion and acrobatics over short time periods but can be worn down in an endurance test. Has a strong sense of coordination and balance. She also is able to change her shape into that of any other species that she has spent an extended time in close proximity of, though the process of changing is quick it also is exhausting and cannot be done many times in rapid succession. current forms are her natural one described above (which looks similar to an elf's), elf, frostcat, human, raven, horse, goldfish, plantbeing, sprite, bluebell fairy, mermaid, water nymph, frost giant, winged lizard, star sprite, floaty.
Additional background info:
Aylia was born and raised amoungst the elves, but always felt the difference between herself and others. She always had some extra distance, her innate ability to change shape, and her lack of a father, all making her stand apart, isolated, unique. But despite this, she was never sure what to make of it. Her mother never liked talking about her past, or her father, and she was left rather... baseless. so soon after she came of age, she decided to try going out on her own, a trip to find herself, to put herself in stressful situations and learn how she handled them, and maybe benefit from the experiences. So she joined the legion.
She wears a collar at all times, so that when she shifts to cat she's wearing it. the collar has her name and address on it, and does not have any sparkly metal bits or bells. She will often partially-shift just for fun, like giving herself a cat's tail while otherwise being in her natural form, and she's prone to shifting when startled as well, partial or complete depending on just how startled/frightened she is. either back to her base form if she is an animal (making her bigger and making people not treat her as just an animal) or to cat form (it's her preferred, because she had a pet cat while growing up and cat-form was the form she learned to shift into first) if she's human/elf/normal etc (giving her a chance to escape whatever startled/frightened her). She likes animals, and speaks elvish natively and common fluently, and has a basic understanding of sylvan.
