Um I know that syvaris I was joking.
Sure. It didn't
read quite like a joke, and it's always a good idea to warn in case of a person being unaware.
Also I would say it is not irrelavnt fluff it is litterally the basis for how noirs stuff works.
"The basis for how [a character]'s stuff works" is pretty much literally the definition of "irrelevant fluff" for the purposes of a discussion about power levels. The only weight it has is for potential counter-strategies; in that area, Noir is actually better off than the vast majority of casters, as the only person who should be able to easily shut off her offensive magic is her father, who has no reason to. It's easier to justify using antimagic effectively against someone like Clunkers or Ebony.
Her holy magic is based off emotion and her dark magic is based from her father and he can take her magic away ((ie gm can take noirs dark magic away if said father would.))
Noir has points in Will, and emotions are generally controlled purely in RP, so the first sentence has virtually no relevance to disabling her powers; thus it has no relevance in a discussion strictly about power. As for the second point, as I will possibly reiterate many more times today, her father has no reason to cut off her power,
especially at a crucial moment where doing so would likely kill her--I.E. a situation where strict power is very important. The fact that it's sourced so directly from a god is more relevant than the fact that the GM has a slightly-better-than-usual justification for arbitrarily saying "Fuck You."
I don't think it'd be unarmed since it has spikes and would most likely depend upon how you use it.Its the reason I gave noir piercing skill in the first place.
The reason it would be unarmed is that it's a core part of her body. Compare to the fact that Dar's claws roll on unarmed, rather than bladed, despite
essentially being blades attached to his feet.
The strongest argument for bladed is that secone part--Oz very well might decide to let you roll on bladed, or at least respec, because you've never used either skill for anything else and never planned to.
