Charm magic:Noir sure loves those cute cute mortals as her dad calls them and she's got a brand of magic to help convince them to do what she wants.Noir can cast charm magic which can charm or convince people to see her way of doing things.
Black flames of the dark God!:Noir can call upon a small amount of her dad's unholy power to create dangerous flames that eat away at an enemy's soul when struck quickly leaving them nothing but a withered husk.Note this is a will roll to save against not a constitution roll.
Holy power: Dear old mom appears to have rubbed off on her daughter a little as Noir possess's  her holy power granting her the abilty to heal her allies both close ranged by touching them and long range by throwing a sphere of energy that will heal them.

How did you become part of the Omega Legion?
Background:Born to a evil dragon God and a kidnapped cleric Noir grew up under her oppressive father always telling her to destroy the world and kill millions and make him proud.But Noir's mother wanted Noir to be good she wanted her to be someone she could be proud of.They both failed and Noir developed an ego after first setting foot on the world watching as they cowered in fear and gave in to her demands....why destroy when you can rule why kill when you can make them all your best friends! So Noir was blessed with charm magic making generally  anyone  who complained like her.Noir developed her obsession with girls at this point finding them irresistiblly cute and fawning over them her one true goal is to become ruler of the world and have everyone and everything be hers and if she can do it willing then she'll be so much more satisfied!

Notes:Holy or blessed weapons have a 50% chance of either healing or damaging her due to her evil blood and her holy blood the same is said about evil or cursed weapons.in her human looking parts she is just as fragile as them only slightly more durable but her draconic parts can take a much bigger beating due to them being scaled..She can retract the blades on her Tail and use it for other things.

Description:It is a masterfully crafted stiletto dagger, about five inches long, with cruel barbs lining the edges.  There is no crossguard, and the hilt is smooth and strangely difficult to grip.  Small, smooth red gems are inset in a spiral pattern along the length of the hilt, and a single large ruby is inset at the base.  It can control how much the gems glitter, making them completely dull or excessively shiny regardless of light.  Overall, it is a highly impractical weapon, but one which looks exceptionally valuable.
Backround:It has crafted many stories about what it is, and why it was created.  So many that it has forgotten which one was true.  It doesn't have a good memory, and doesn't really think that's bad; why would one put effort into remembering an inefficient history, when a new, optimal history can be created as the need arises? It's funny, the knife is the only character in this game with magical healing capabilities.  Clunkers is the only other character with medicine skill.  When ATH mentioned his char's cleric backround, I thought maybe that would change, but NOPE.  For Waif Wyrm Gold, divine magic is just another tool to kill things with.

...Kinda funny that our only real healer is an evil knife which wants to corrupt and destroy everyone around it.  Too bad it'll probably disappear after this mission.
