He said continue adding traits until it's declared finished. This is an interesting character. Could make a good mid-level villain in a campaign. What do you guys say? Finished?

Needs to also have some sort of redemptious purging item, like if a silver hour glass was broken on the shopkeepers head, it would fix it all., and turn to a normal, if slightly off tentacle-shopkeeper.

I think he needs a bit more work first....and I'm not sure hes sane enough to formulate a villainous plot...aside from KILL! he could be a high ranking henchmen though.

He also could have... relapses of demonism where his "previous" form flares out and he randomly begs for mercy/screams at the local demons and is generally treated like that strange kid int he back with three knives and claims to be from the CIA.
