FoU:Why have you not addressed it at all? What do you think about it?
How is it a decent piece of evidence for you, and what does it prove for you? That's what I want to know.
Well, it obviously seems to be implying something that the moderator is unwilling to say: Marks (at least my marks) only last for one day. And as I stated earlier... that would make me one very inconvenienced arsonist, now wouldn't it?
Mod: am i still marked?
fillipk: You were not marked N2.
This alone should probably convince you. Jack clearly implies that marks only last for one day, making them nigh-useless to an arsonist.
Now in my eyes it seems that you already should have known what I thought, and that you were deflecting... but no one's free of error, and it could have just been a mistake on either of our parts. Whatever it was, it was (probably) cleared up now. Now could you please answer my question?
Tiruin:Tomasque
You CAN act at night, with an action THAT IS ALWAYS ANNOUNCED, with your ONLY ONE ACTION taking up your whole night action, leading merely to say 'I am marked'.
Understandable, but how does it being my only (non one-shot) make you think it's far more powerful than I say it is. You yourself state later that I have abilities that
"waste a whole day's vote on a revive," " kills [me] thus wasting anything targeting [me] for a whole night," and
"prevents everyone from voting [me]...for the rest of the day." How does this lead you to believe that my (non one-shot) night action is worth hiding if all my other ones I stated truthfully? Wouldn't it mean that my night action must be something very powerful, more powerful than the one-shots that have been restricted to being "one-shot"
because of just how powerful they are?
Also: Don't type in all caps. Every time I read that, I can hear poketwo in my head. It is
not a good sound.
Your other 2 actions are one-shots which waste a whole day's vote on a revive [w/o roleflip, and another one that kills you thus wasting anything targeting you for a whole night; neither are mentioned as to when they can occur--presumed to be day/night one-shots], and you presumably gain a DAY ONE SHOT [presumably in the impact of the action] that prevents everyone from voting you...for the rest of the day.
Note: responses will be color-coded according to what part of the text they respond to.
Frankly, this is isn't a good ability. It doesn't prevent kills, since it kills me. It doesn't prevent RBs, since I'm RBing myself by going out of my way to use it. It doesn't prevent investigations, but I don't care about those since I'm not scum. It doesn't prevent ability steals, since I'm losing my best ability - an extra life - (not to mention, this very ability) by using it. In fact, the only things it blocks are very unique abilities - probably only in the hands of one or two players - that I would have little warning against due to the fact I cannot account for something that the GM made up on the spot. It seems the only reason you are trying to make this ability seem powerful is because of your "why would someone want to kill survivor that bad" argument. Actually, I stated whether my abilities are day or night actions - except my auto... because it's an auto. The only thing I forgot was to say that my Roar ability is a one-shot:I have a one-shot auto ability called Stronger which revives me after death (I do not roleflip).
I have a one shot night ability called Laserbeams which kills me, makes all actions targeting me that night fail, and marks all those that targeted me.
I have a night ability called slash which marks my target (yes, it was me who did the marking. I used it on fillipk and TheDarkStar to get them active again, and my action failed on TheDarkStar).
Lastly, once I am killed and revived, I gain the day ability Roar, which prevents people from for the rest of the day.
Anyway, one last point before I'm done:
there's a rather blatant option in your fullclaim that's misleading to me.
...
Why the fish wood anyone want to kill off a survivor that badly? It seems oddly fishy given the ostensive definition of it all.
A thing I found a little off is that you start by telling me that my description of Slash is misleading, continue without transition to explaining my abilities' protectiveness, and end with asking why a survivor would be so protected. This has absolutely no coherence with your opening statement. Why did you change topics halfway through your accusation?
To recap the questions...
