(Please don't burn me at the stake for saying so but) in the 3DS Fire Emblems, most supports between siblings or people who are already friends are simple silly conversations, like Lissa asking Chrom if she seems like a princess. Not like every one of them has to be "okay random person, we're buddies now".

As near as I can tell it's just Gig being Gig. I don't think he's going to actually do anything to us for posting OOC in the IC (unless we go nuts with it), he just wants to keep it to a minimum, which is fine. I'll respect that.
