The GM will probably rule out talking over too far of a distance as a penalty to attract more enemies...

I'm a lot more relaxed over talking distance than some gms, but just try to be reasonable, really. If there are walls in the way you probably can't hear each other, or through thick forest, etc.

I can't recall anyone having much interaction with him.

For what it's worth Sacha thinks he's a liar who doesn't actually come from Tristram [or she didn't at first. Tristram was a pile of rubble in her time], distrusted him because he was a town guard [see her long conversations with Damon to see how she feels about authority figures. Especially soldiers], and is now frightened by him because of how strangely he's acting [she too has heard the tales of Hollows which is why she hid the darksign].

Supports are listed in the character sheets, usually. Be aware though that it's a universal constant that GMs usually do not like to hand out support ranks, and we're only on the second map so even if Typhos had been active in the RP he definitely wouldn't have had any supports yet.
