Looks:bone white skin covers most of her 4ft5 body which almost allows everybone in her body to be seen her face is noiselessly with pitch black slits for eyes and instead of a mouth she has a jagged sharp hole resembling  a mockery of a human mouth it can stretch open unnaturally. Her hair is colored crimson with dried blood which reaches to her lower back and is parted to the right covering her right eye her hands end in claws the tips colored crimson she's wearing a lab or doctors labcoat stained red

Weapon: a flambourge a weapon used for torture and battle it can cause massive bleeding or bleed them out slowly and painfully

Looks: Randall is a clearly middle-aged man; his forty years haven't been kind to him, least of all the last half. Wrinkles line his face, and his hair is a bright platinum, partly from age and partly from the treatment. He wears it very short, to disguise the fact that he's going bald, not that it works. His clothing is made from an insulating and hydrophobic blend of silicone rubber and kevlar. He wears thick rubber gloves in combat.
Weapon: A long, simple metal halberd. It's essentially a lightning rod with a blade on the end. Designed for nothing more than to keep an enemy at range, stab them, and shock them, it has no frills, nor decorations.

less evil more obsession for Dr jung she'll probably be preety amiable with you guys to be honest and I'd never make a character that's just evil they would not have much depth so I have a personalty down for her.

eh I don't entirely agree i would not identify her as evil she volunteered for this Dr jung kinda controled how she turned out how  so I'd argue neutral at worst lawful evil

she is flexible enough for that not to apply if it assures you she wouldn't kill a player character becuse they insulted her think of her as a deranged henchmen she follows orders dutifly and is unlikely to kill an ally or someone there told to protect/guard over nothing but everyone else is fair game to her.
So lawful evil fits nicely actually
