Looks: Argus has fiery-silver hair, golden eyes, and has developed a habit of molting scales every so often.  They are, however, still colored the same as human skin.

Weapon: Appears to be an orb and a gauntlet over his right hand, which said gauntlet controls the orb without any visible connective mechanisms, and a small shield on a similar gauntlet over his left hand.  The orb, when not in motion, shifts in intricate fractals, and the shield holds a Sierpinski Gasket that continuously zooms outwards.

The orb is capable of changing shape, but has proven effective as a blunt weapon to begin with.  It may also change the shapes of other things.

He is very tall and has a wide-chested build. His skin is cream-colored. He has an upturned nose and a strong chin. His wardrobe is simple and dignified, with a lot of black. His gaze lingers just a bit to long on his female colleagues.

Weapon: A knife on a chain, that allows the wielder to swing it around in a manner similar to a whip. The chain is made of a silvery grey metal, while the knife handle is red and wrapped in what appears to be leather. The blade is black.

Looks: Randall is a clearly middle-aged man; his forty years haven't been kind to him, least of all the last half. Wrinkles line his face, and his hair is a bright platinum, partly from age and partly from the treatment. He wears it very short, to disguise the fact that he's going bald, not that it works. His clothing is made from an insulating and hydrophobic blend of silicone rubber and kevlar. He wears thick rubber gloves in combat.
Weapon: A long, simple metal halberd. It's essentially a lightning rod with a blade on the end. Designed for nothing more than to keep an enemy at range, stab them, and shock them, it has no frills, nor decorations.

Looks: Unusually deep black hair that glows with faint luminescence. His eyes appear to be filled with void. There are sharp bone-bleached white protrusions behind each elbow. His skin appears to be made from chitin. He has a stinger of some description where a tail would protrude in animals.

Weapon: "TarantulaHawk" a flanged mace. The mace has eight flangs at regular intervals, each cardinal point being longer than the ordinal points. The ordinal points are sharpened while the cardinal points are blunt. The flangs join each other at the top to form a spike.

Element: Dark Nature.

Looks:A slim but toned body, blond hair, and red feathery ears, similar to very small wings. His skin is iridescent, like the exoskeleton of a scarab. Also from his spine protude a series of sightly mobile spikes, which decreses in lenght the more they go  down his back, about 40 cm long at the shoulders to 10 cm long at the lower back. He usually keeps them flat on his spine but erects them when angry.

Weapon: A long spear with a leaf-shaped blade and intricate patterns on the shaft resembling characters of an ancient alphabet.

Age: 17
Looks: a little on the tall side with red eyes, glowing in the darkness and has a thin tail.  He has black hair and wears a black coat with a bright golden yellow trim. His skin is that of a normal human most of the time. But once adrenilen kicks in it rapidly turns a deap red color, giveing him a somewhat demonic appearance.

Weapon: a rapier,with a somewhat simple yet graceful appearance. It has a gold and orange handle and guard while the red blade is translucent and seems to glow. Right at the base of the blade the guard is shaped up into the likeness of a (somewhat cartoony) flame
Element:Fire.

Charisma is regeneration because good mood = good health? I'd say good mood would come from high will. Charisma would be good for improving the mood of others, not your own.

Also, if the operation was a success and no issues were detected, why is it called an incident?

Because I wanted charisma to have a battle effect so it wasn't the auto dump stat for all but the bard.
And it was more the 'Let do a possible fatal op on this just born baby while it's mother is so high on painkillers, she think she a soul forged.' part. As bad as Dr Jung was, he at least stop at the 'capable of complete sentences' line.

Looks: As his looks are pretty much covered up by his 'weapon', the only visible change from normal is that his sclera are black and the irises are glowing red. He's also pretty tall.
Weapon: Armor made out of bone-like growths all over his body (thanks to it he looks more or less like this).  The hardness of the bones, along with the spiked growths on his knuckles and liberal application of magic make his fists surprisingly effective. The fact that it's part of his body also means that it can't be taken off.
Element: Nothingness (he erases things)

You can think of my element as less of a "I just deleted this guy with a single flick of my hand" and more of a "my fists are unblockable/armor-piercing" kind of deal. Basically it's deleting parts of enemies and/or their gear as I touch/punch/hold them.

If you still think that's iffy, I'll just grab force as my element.

Can I steal metamagic from ATHATH?

I won't stop you, just be aware that your character shall be vs ATHATH's for getting in if you have the same element(Assume he make his character more interesting, of course).

The orb changes the shapes of other things.

It can try to do a one-to-one replacement of, say, wood for metal if it has wood enough to replace the metal.

It has to have what it's making, I guess is the thing.

Okay, but I will recommend you choose something else, since now it sound kinda of weak.

Looks:bone white skin covers most of her 4ft5 body which almost allows everybone in her body to be seen.
 Her face is noseless with pitch black slits for eyes and instead of a mouth she has a jagged sharp hole resembling  a mockery of a human mouth which can stretch open unnaturally. Her hair is colored crimson with dried blood which reaches to her lower back and is parted to the right covering her right eye.
 Her hands end in claws the tips colored crimson,she's wearing a lab or doctors labcoat stained red.

Weapon: a flambourge a weapon used for torture and battle it can cause massive bleeding or bleed them out slowly and painfully.
