Well all the characters seem to have depth so far. Constentine is unstable but not insane and she has a good side of her.
 I would guess she is acting this way because you guys dont act like your terrified and disguisted of her like most normal people probably would so this may have been one of Dr jungs smartest ideas,the team building.

I kinda feel if anyone could become a villan it'd be grace or constentine,I mean 1 order from Dr jung and she would try and slaughter you guys.

And by the way, what happens to the soul when a Soulforged dies? Does it fade away? Or does it still exist?

Without the body, the weapon degrade over time till it become dust.

Because if the soul still exists, tropes dictate that there's a high chance that we will fight against a rogue Soulforged that steals the souls of others.
