I wonder if tech acceleration would cause the early establishment of Israel. I mean, it only took 3 years after WWII in IRL anyways.

With no Holocaust, there is no pressing reason to create Israel. If it did get created anyway, it would likely have a higher potential population, though they would probably have to wait until after the "Massive World Spanning War", or at least until the countries can somehow evacuate the Jewish population from the Axis. The lack of a Nazi party really complicates Israel's creation  .
