Magical suit description: A magical suit is a hybrid between a mech suit and a magical girl's dress. They are controlled via thought and can switch between forms to suit the wearer, from being an ornate dress with energy shields to a tank-sized battle mech suit. They allow flight and weapon holstering and all the cool stuffs a magical girl can do. They can look like a dress, a kimono, or a military uniform and so on.

Magical Concept: All magical girls can do some basic stuffs, but some magical girls are better at time manipulation, throwing fireballs, creating magical weapons, healing, and so on.

Okay so I have been thinking of this for a while and I don't think I'll get the lore and things sorted out if I don't ask for public help. Would anyone be interested in a freeform RP (read: Everything Gaiden, Trespassers, RWBY, etc.) regarding animu magical girls fighting against aliens in late WWII era?

Here's a clarification of the setting:

Dieselpunk: Mankind had been the battleground for two galactic empires without their knowledge since times immemorial. The Pleiades Empire, hailing, surprisingly, from the Pleiades, are multiple alien species beings more or less resembling humans. Their enemy is a faction only known as the Greys which also consist of several alien species. So far, no humans know what their business here on Earth is, but the Pleiades Empire usually present themselves as helping the humans. Nobody knows what the hell the Greys want.

The two factions have nudged Earth's technological advance for a while, but the outbreak of the Great War had resulted in powerful war machines and automatons which can level entire regions while consuming a prodigious amount of oil.

Magical girls: You have been recruited by a Pleiadian who calls herself Purity-chan. She seems to have a preference to select teenage girls but there are some boys here and there, some of them Purity either mistook for a girl or she just didn't give a damn. Anyways, your job is to protect mankind from the Greys' nefarious machinations using the Pleiades' tech and things which humans would call witchcraft.

WWII: It's 1946. WWII is still going but Germany has effectively lost, and it seems like at this point everyone just wants to kill each other. The Greys are using this as an opportunity to operate with impunity.

Description: Eva is close to six feet tall, with curly black hair that she likes to wear past her shoulders. Her eyes are brown and set in a kind and open face. If you wanted to embarrass her, you could always call her skin-colour cinnamon or something equally poetic and appropriate. Puberty has been very kind of Eva, though underneath her curves and ‘body fat’ lies a strong and fit physique. Pointing this out to her will also make her embarrassed, if you feel the need to do such a thing.

Magical Suit Description:
Dress Form: Not actually a dress. Instead it is a pair of comfortable shorts and an aviator’s jacket (complete with soft fur lining), both of which are made out of well-worn leather. Comes complete with knee-high boots and goggles, as is to be expected for a pilot’s uniform. Those with a keen eye would notice a conspicuous lack of insignia anywhere on the jacket, though perhaps that would be remedied eventually. If it wasn’t for the odd sheen that her uniform has, which flashes multiple colours from no known lightsource whenever she moves, it could almost be considered a uniform from an actual military. If it wasn't a little too revealing, of course.
Mech Form: Comes in various shades of bright orange, much to her embarrassment. It consists of armoured boots, gloves, breastplate, skirt and pauldrons, connected to each other by numerous coils which fool people into thinking that Eva’s body is more covered than it actually is. A large rectangular plate is attached to her left pauldron, providing additional protection and armour if needed. Her outfit comes with a large helmet with an attached viewfinder/targeter, which she can slide over either eye to use. Obviously it also comes with a backpack to store ammunition and weapons. Thrusters dotted throughout her megre armour and in her backpack allows her to fly around as is proper for a magical girl.

Magical Concept: Gravitation Warping. Manipulating the fabric of spacetime to compress space and stuff like that. Useful for going blazingly fast, slowing down targets, deflecting shots and stuff like that. Unsurprisingly, Eva’s ability is strongest when warping areas close to her as opposed to those very far away. It is more of a support ability than an offensive one, since she can’t exert a strong enough force on objects to deal significant damage. The most she can do is give enemies nausea by whipping them around a lot.

Personal Weapons:
Heavy Bazooka: Most people would assume that a bazooka is not a good sniping weapon. Those people are not Eva. It is little more than a plain metal tube with rifling on the inside and appropriate handles and padding so that she can wield it properly. Despite being rather uninteresting it makes for an excellent and deadly weapon. She can fire a variety of ammunition from it, from solid rounds to high explosives to smoke charges, making it extremely versatile. No matter what enemies may come her way, she will probably have the appropriate kind of round at hand to efficiently defeat them.
Hand Axe: It’s an axe. It fits in her hand. Generally it serves as a backup weapon against enemies too close or annoying to use her bazooka on. Most of the time it rests on her hip, ready for action should she ever need it.

Skills: Sniping. Dodging. Mechanics. Aeronautics. Being tsundere. Fanservice.

Welp. Looks like it is time to strap jet engines to my legs. I'm definitely interested.

So what exactly do you need help with? Mechanics? The background looks pretty good to me, if a bit brief.

Foos are... Weird things that pilots saw in WWII? Fast moving balls of light and stuff like that? Something like that. More importantly, they're associated with aliens. In this game, magicial girls are combatting aliens. Hence they are 'Foo Fighters'.

Or at least I think that that is the connection.

What needs sorting out? You've got an excuse for aliens and an excuse for various death machines; I'm not sure what else you'd need, unless you were hoping to flesh out various kinds of aliens and death machines.
