Sard has no reason to do anything because nothing important the required violence or charisma to solve

((Want me to quote your posts in my posts?))
"Great, now then, ever played Sabacc? We have several hours till we reach Tatooine, and I pretty much just need to set course and hit a button, then we have several hours to kill."
((Yeah, It would give people on who is talking to who))

"What about any ships that could get way... you know imperial, pirates or others"

"No I haven't play"
((Oh, and tip, you don't need to put the font thing on every line.))
"Only thing that would get in our way would be a gravity well, which we shouldn't have to worry about, unless the empire has a tendency to put Indicators around empty space."

"Well then, why don't you let me teach you, after all, it is a fun game, but first, let me set a course to Tattooine."
Go and turn on the hyperdrive, sending us to Tatooine.

"okay then... how does it work" Sard asked

((Just gonna mention, pretty much no lore on Sabacc, so, I can either time skip him teaching him, or some time and flashback to it.))

"Okay, let me grab something from my room, it's a dealing machine, helpful with Sabacc in particular.... And no, it isn't sentient, almost entirely mechanical."
Chauncey leaves, then returns a few minutes later with a small machine, and a deck of Sabacc card on top of said machine, the cards glowing slightly as he approaches.

"Actually, speaking about that, I guess we could ask our team members if they want to play, after all, the more, the sexier, or was it merrier.... either way, Sabacc is best played with more then two people.... your call on whether to include others." ((Hey, Gm, mind using Random.org to draw Sabacc cards for us, and randomize said cards after we have drawn them? I can link to the Sabacc rules, if you want.))

Assuming Nerrok hears the invitation, he responds in his typical quarranese.
"I'm up for that."
