He pulls out what looks to be a wide brimmed hat, (Think what Alucard wears as part of his red suit in Hellsing Abridged, but black.)) with several nozzles pointing inward to where the wearer would be, "This here is a Wet Hat! Stole it off a Quarren named Nerrok...... that part isn't important ol' buddy ol' pal! Why don't you just take this one time discount that will bring your total to 10 credits?"
