Unfortunately due to your lack of experience in finances and trading, you do not know where exactly to check for price comparisons and the necessary source of information for things like this. Obviously you could always attempt going out into the market and purchasing and hoping for a tip-off, but the chances are not very likely, you realise.

(Presumably the entire kit will not be used, just parts of it for certain events. So he is asking if they sell pieces of the kit for restocking it.
For example, treating a cut or bullet wound is going to use different supplies from oh say, an electrical burn.)
