"yeah. determination gives you amazing powers... but monsters don't have it. at least, most monsters don't. now, i do not think it's possible to get above the other human's determination since it has so much LV... but maybe, if you kill it, you could bring it down some. i'm not sure. perhaps simply the best way is to go straight to king asgore and face him... hopefully before the other human does."
