Condor Tower is quite a wide building; also a very tall one. It would take you 3-5 minutes running around to get there. Fortunately, you do know where it's located, having been taught where the emergency exits are located during your training in the office. It will just take you 3 minutes to get there. Scaling up to 38th floor without breaks takes another 3 minutes, but you'll end up killing your legs. You decide to pace yourself when you get there, extending it to 5 minutes. So, that's two minutes remaining before they start appearing. Good enough.
It's weird, having been seen talking to a woman you've never actually met before. You assume that your future self will eventually develop time leaping powers. You're not sure. You're not exactly
that attuned to time yet, but you can feel the ebbs and flows of time as time seems to be crunching down and slower while you run up the stairs towards the 38th floor.
To your surprise, what seemed to you like 8-10 minutes only took 5. (+20 TC) Seems like you're getting the hang of it somehow. You bolt down to the Rochester room, and retrieve the USB. Wait, should you even bother to check the file? Your curiosity tenses.
