OOC: Since all of the "agents" in this game (that is, laborers, workers, people, sims, what have you) are players at the moment and not NPCs on whom organization and actions can simply be imposed by the GM, that sounds like something that should actually be worked out with the players themselves. F'rex, we can all talk to each other once we all get back and realize that civilization is nowhere nearby and we're going to need to organize ourselves to survive.
